Who publishes Registry Lens PH and how its one measurement is taken
This page explains who publishes the site, what exactly it measures and how the measurement is taken, why the hour of reading is republished, what the desk is responsible for and how a correction reaches it, and how the site is funded.
The publisher and what it is not
Registry Lens PH is published by an independent editorial desk. The desk is not a broker, not an exchange, not a licensed adviser, and it holds no client money. It does not take deposits, execute orders, or manage accounts. Its only work is to read named public sources, extract one measurement from them, and present that measurement with the date and hour it was read.
The site exists for readers in the Philippines. It uses peso amounts, GCash and local bank rails where they are relevant, and refers to the PSE as the home exchange. Nothing on the site is investment advice, a recommendation or an offer. The figures describe what things cost, not what a reader should do.
What the site measures and how
The site measures one thing: the list of banks and other financial entities published by the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas. Each row is a brand name the central bank gives next to a legal entity, or a bank on the list. The date shown is the list's own date; the list gives no date per entry.
The measurement is taken by reading the Bangko Sentral's published list, copying the names and legal entities exactly as they appear, and recording the date and hour the list was read. The sources are named under every table, with a link, so a reader can check the figure at its publisher. The desk checks the list regularly and updates the table when the source changes.
Why the hour is republished and what the desk is responsible for
The hour is republished because a list can change during the day. A reader who sees a figure needs to know when it was read so they can compare it with the current version at the source. The date and hour are part of the measurement, not an afterthought.
Responsibility sits with the publication's editorial desk: Registry Lens PH editorial team. The desk reads the sources, checks the tables, and answers corrections. It does not promise that the list will not change later, and it cannot advise a reader on what to do with the information. A figure that is wrong is corrected and the correction is dated.
How a correction reaches the desk and how the site is funded
Writing to editor@registrylensph.pages.dev reaches the desk. Corrections are the reason the address exists. If a reader finds a figure that does not match the source, the desk will check it and correct the page if needed. The correction is dated so readers can see what changed and when.
The site links to one broker, FxPro, through an affiliate link, and is paid a commission if a reader opens an account there. The reader pays nothing to this site and nothing extra at the broker. This is a plain disclosure: the site earns from that link and from nothing else. The broker's own site is operated by someone else, under its own terms and its own privacy policy, and following the link leaves this site. The site has no accounts, no login, no newsletter and no comment form. It sets no cookie of its own, runs no analytics and stores nothing in the reader's browser. The pages are served by a hosting provider which, like any web host, keeps its own technical request logs; the site's publisher does not read a reader's personal data out of them.
